Cheerios® Sisters Saving Hearts is a grant-giving initiative that recognizes heart-inspiring heroes in the Black community. Heart disease is the number one killer of women in the United States, and it disproportionately affects African-American women more than any other race.

Cheerios® will honor five individuals or organizations with a $5,000 grant to a charity of their choice that is committed to fighting heart disease in their community. Nominate a friend, family member, colleague, organization or yourself to receive Cheerios® Sisters Saving Hearts grant.
